Learn traditional and modern preservation techniques in a warm, fully equipped kitchen. From crisp pickles to silky jams — we teach you every step with care.
Every student works directly with produce, tools, and jars — no passive observation.
Intimate classes of 6–10 people so each participant gets personal attention.
We work with fresh, locally sourced produce at peak flavour and nutrition.
Leave every session with a printed recipe booklet and your own jars to take home.
Choose from six hands-on course formats, each designed for a different preservation technique and season.

Master the art of vinegar and brine pickling for cucumbers, peppers, cauliflower, and mixed vegetables. Learn ratios, herbs, and safe storage.

Explore natural lacto-fermentation: sauerkraut, kimchi-style cabbage, fermented carrots, and salt-brined greens. No vinegar needed.

Create seasonal fruit jams, marmalades, and compotes. We cover sugar ratios, pectin, sterilisation, and getting the perfect set.

Learn to prepare and jar whole marinated salads — Korean carrot, mixed pepper salad, layered antipasto — ready to open and serve year-round.

Combine preservation with practical meal prep — layered salad jars, hummus-and-veggie jars, and balanced grain bowls designed to last five days.

A deep-dive into tomato preservation: whole tomatoes, passata, roasted paste, and spiced sauces — everything you need for a full winter larder.
Our workshop in Neamt is designed around the rhythm of preservation — generous counter space, professional canning equipment, and an atmosphere that feels like a generous grandmother's kitchen.
Water-bath canners, pressure canners, mandolines, and every jar type — all provided.
Everything you make during the session belongs to you — labelled and ready to store.
Each session ends with a communal tasting of the day's preserves alongside fresh bread.
All courses include proper hygiene, sterilisation, and safe storage guidance.
Two women who turned a shared love of jars and kitchens into a place where others could learn the same joy.

Elena grew up watching her grandmother fill the cellar every autumn. After years in professional kitchens, she returned to her roots — creating courses that blend culinary rigour with the warmth of home preservation traditions.

Ioana's background in food science and community education shapes how Naturaul Kitchen teaches. She designs each course for genuine understanding, so students leave confident — not just following a recipe.
A structured, relaxed process that takes you from fresh produce to labelled jars in a single session.

Fresh produce, sterilised jars, and all equipment are ready when you arrive — nothing to bring.
Work side-by-side with our instructors, asking questions and discovering the why behind each step.
Leave with your own jars, a printed recipe card, and the confidence to repeat it at home.
We source seasonal, fresh vegetables from local farms and producers in the Neamt region.
We believe the quality of what goes into the jar determines everything that comes out. That's why we work only with produce that's at its seasonal best — picked at the right moment, handled gently, and transformed with care.

Our jam and preserve courses draw on the richness of Romanian orchard fruits and wild berries.
Whether it's plum season in September or strawberries in June, we plan our jam courses around what's naturally at its peak — meaning every batch we make together has the best possible flavour and texture.
Real feedback from people who've joined our courses.
I came knowing almost nothing about canning and left with six jars of pickled cucumbers I made myself. Elena explains every detail clearly and there's no rush — you actually understand what you're doing.
The fermentation course was exactly what I needed. I've been wanting to make sauerkraut at home for years but always felt uncertain. Now I do it every week — it's become a ritual.
Came with my mother and it turned into one of our best days together. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the tomato sauce we made that day has been on our pasta all winter.
